Each session is customized to your needs and goals, and guided by your subconscious mind and inner wisdom. I connect to your subconscious mind and higher self and we receive answers about exactly what is causing the issues you are working to resolve. The primary causes are usually trapped emotions and mental energies related to difficult life experiences and trauma. Primary causes of imbalance may also be inherited, ancestral, or from a past life.

The energies causing imbalance are then released quickly and easily without having to relive or revisit the experience or memory. Once these stuck energies are released, your physical body and energy body can begin to recalibrate to a state of balance and harmony, freeing up your natural energy flow and allowing for your body’s innate healing abilities to take over.

I work with several energy healing modalities, including Emotion Code, Body Code, Dowsing, Biomagnetism, and Sound Balancing with tuning forks. Each session is unique and encompasses exactly what you will benefit from the most, guided by the information I receive from your subconscious mind and higher self.

Generally we can work on one to three main issues per session, and often there are multiple layers of imbalance that may need multiple sessions to fully address. Every individual is different and so is every session.
