The primary causes are usually trapped emotions and mental energies related to difficult life experiences and trauma. Primary causes of imbalance may also be inherited, ancestral, or from a past life.
The energies causing imbalance are then released quickly and easily without having to relive or revisit the experience or memory. Generally we can work on one to three main issues per session, and often there are multiple layers of imbalance that may need multiple sessions to fully address. Every individual is different and so is every session.
